Attending this Functional Training Level 1 course will give you a system for effective organization, instruction, cueing & feedback for the 7 major movement types. You will also gain practical experience and understanding of why manipulating complexity is the key to helping any client/athlete reach their goals.
This course will upskill participants in effective coaching, movement progression, and programming for small-group functional training. You will be introduced to the 7 major movement types (squat, hinge, lunge, press, pull, combination, carries) and learn the fundamentals required to build basic functional training programs.
