Description

Attending this Weightlifting Level 1 course will teach you a system for progressing novice or advanced lifters through proper progressions. You will also develop a deep understanding of effective instruction, cueing, and feedback.

Our two-day course is designed to upskill learners in coaching, technical movement, and programming for weightlifting. You will be systematically introduced to the weightlifting movements (snatch and clean & jerk). The LIVE 2-day experience also introduces the fundamentals of building basic weightlifting training programs and/or incorporating weightlifting into traditional programming.
