      Upper Lateral Thigh (horizontal roller)

      Description

      1. Place foam roll on the lateral (outside) thigh. Roll at a slow-moderate pace for 15-30 seconds.
      2. If area is tender above a "5" on a scale of 1-10, hold on that spot for 10-30 seconds, or until tenderness reduces 1-2 points.
      3. If area is not tender above a "5", shift area back and forth on the foam roll for ~10 seconds at a slow-moderate pace.
