Pelvic Approximation (Rotation)

Description

To Perform this PIC for Left Pelvic Rotation:

  1. Move the pelvis into its end range position.
  2. PIC technique: place right hand against the left inner thigh with only enough pressure to perform the isometric contraction at 10-20% for 3-6 sec x 3-6 sets. Rest approximately 5 seconds between reps.
    • Reset the pelvic rotation as far as it can go after each rep.
  3. Perform the opposite for Right Pelvic Approximation.
