Trunk Rotation

Description

To Perform this PIC for Right Trunk Rotation:

  1. Move the trunk into its end range rotation position. 
  2. PIC technique:  place right hand on left forearm. Perform isometric contraction as if rotating into the right hand with only enough pressure to perform the isometric contraction at 10-20% for 3-6 sec x 3-6 sets. Rest approximately 5 seconds between reps.
    • Reset the trunk rotation as far as it can go after each rep.
  3. Perform the opposite for Left Trunk Rotation.
