To Perform this PIC for Left Trunk Flexion:
- Move the trunk into its end range position.
- PIC technique: place left hand under the right elbow. Press into right elbow as if flexing the trunk with only enough pressure to perform the isometric contraction at 10-20% for 3-6 sec x 3-6 sets. Rest approximately 5 seconds between reps.
- Reset the trunk flexion as far as it can go after each rep.
- Perform the opposite for Right Trunk Rotation.
