Trunk Flexion

Description

To Perform  Trunk Flexion:

  1. Move the trunk into its end range position
  2. Place 1 hand on opposite shoulder.
  3. Press shoulder into hand as if flexing the trunk with only enough pressure to perform the isometric contraction at 10-20% for 3-6 sec x 3-6 sets. 
    • Rest approximately 5 seconds between reps.
    • Reset the trunk flexion as far as it can go after each rep.
