To Perform this PIC for Right Trunk Extension:
- Move the trunk into its end range position.
- PIC technique: hold the end range trunnk extension position. You may use oppostie hand to prop yourself up to keeep you from lowering andthen perform the isometric contraction as if you are trying to move away from your hand at 10-20% for 3-6 sec x 3-6 sets. Rest approximately 5 seconds between reps.
- Reset trunk extension as far as it can go after each rep.
- Perform the opposite for Left Trunk Extension.
