Shoulder External Rotation 90/90

Description

To Perform this PIC for Left Shoulder External Rotation:

  1. Move the shoulder into its end range position.
  2. PIC technique:   Place right hand under left wrist/arm. Press left wrist/arm down into right hand with only enough pressure to perform the ER isometric at 10-20% for 3-6 sec x 3-6 sets. Rest approximately 5 seconds between reps.
    • Reset the shoulder into external rotation as far as it can go after each rep.
  3. Perform the opposite for Right Shoulder external rotation.
