To Perform this PIC for Left Shoulder External Rotation:
- Move the shoulder into its end range position.
- PIC technique: Place right hand under left wrist/arm. Press left wrist/arm down into right hand with only enough pressure to perform the ER isometric at 10-20% for 3-6 sec x 3-6 sets. Rest approximately 5 seconds between reps.
- Reset the shoulder into external rotation as far as it can go after each rep.
- Perform the opposite for Right Shoulder external rotation.
