To Perform this PIC for Left Shoulder Extension:
- Move the shoulder into its end range position.
- ASSISTIVE technique: hold or use an object to support the left arm in extension and perform the extension isometric contraction at 10-20% for 3-6 sec x 3-6 sets. Rest approximately 5 seconds between reps.
- RESITIVE technique: hold or use a weight (DB) for aded resistance and perform the extension isometric contraction at 10-20% for 3-6 sec x 3-6 sets. Rest approximately 5 seconds between reps.
- Perform the opposite for Right Shoulder extension.
