To Perform Left Lateral Squat:
- From standing position, squat down to the left one side
- Placing right hand against inside of left knee, rotate left hand posteriorly behind you
- Return to standing positon then squat down to left again
- Placing right hand aginast the outside of left knee, rotate left hand posteriorly behind you
- Repeat in opposite manner for Right Lateral Squat
- Perform 3-5 x's each way
