Lateral Squat w/ Hip Add & Abduction Activation to Trunk Rotation

Description

To Perform Left Lateral Squat:

  1. From standing position, squat down to the left one side 
  2. Placing right hand against inside of left knee, rotate left hand posteriorly behind you
  3. Return to standing positon then squat down to left again
  4. Placing right hand aginast the outside of left knee, rotate left hand posteriorly behind you
  5. Repeat in opposite manner for Right Lateral Squat 
  6. Perform 3-5 x's each way
