Drop Lunge (posterior-lateral) w/ ADD & ABDuction Activation to Rotation

Description

To Perform Right Drop Lunge:

  1. From standing position, lunge with right foot posterior-lateral
  2. ADDUCTION activation: place right hand on inside of left knee and rotate left arm into left rotation... THEN
  3. ABDUCTION activation: place left hand on outside of left knee and rotate right arm into right rotation
  4. Return to standing position and repeat for 3-5 reps on each side
