Plank (supine) Half Get-Up

Description

To Perform Right Plank:

  1. From supine position, bend left knee keeping foot on the ground and move right arm and leg out ~45-degrees 
  2. Lift left arm up then raise trunk up resting on right forearm
  3. Keeping left arm up, press up onto right hand
  4. Lift hips off the floor into a hip brdige postion
  5. Return to supine position in opposite order and repeat for 3-5 reps on each side
