Plank (supine) Half Get-Up
To Perform Right Plank:
- From supine position, bend left knee keeping foot on the ground and move right arm and leg out ~45-degrees
- Lift left arm up then raise trunk up resting on right forearm
- Keeping left arm up, press up onto right hand
- Lift hips off the floor into a hip brdige postion
- Return to supine position in opposite order and repeat for 3-5 reps on each side
