Plank Tabletop Pivot and Reach

Description

To Perform Right Plank:

  1. From prone position on hand and feet with bent knees 
  2. Rotate hips/body to the left swinging the right foot under the body and through to the left side 
  3. Right hand should be on the ground with hips bent
  4. Raise left arm up and hips up into a bridge position
  5. Return to prone position in opposite order and repeat for 3-5 reps on each side
