Plank Tabletop Pivot and Reach
To Perform Right Plank:
- From prone position on hand and feet with bent knees
- Rotate hips/body to the left swinging the right foot under the body and through to the left side
- Right hand should be on the ground with hips bent
- Raise left arm up and hips up into a bridge position
- Return to prone position in opposite order and repeat for 3-5 reps on each side
