The Jerk is the often forgotten relative in the Weightlifting family. Like the Snatch and Clean, the Jerk also requires time, attention, and practice. This mini-course was developed to enhance and refine the technique of the Jerk. Using a combination of lecture-based and practical videos you will learn how to effectively progress and coach yourself or others through performing the Jerk. This course also includes live coaching portions allowing you to watch and learn from the Eleiko staff as they coach lifters.
